What you need
- 1 bottle of Læssiger Zweigelt
- 249 g of wild berries, fresh or frozen
- Vodka (e.g. Absolut Raspberry)
- 50–100 g of sugar
- 330 ml of ginger ale
- Mint leaves
What to do
- Mix together the wine, berries, sugar and berry vodka in a carafe – adjust the latter two ingredients according to your liking.
- Gently stir, then close the carafe and cool overnight.
- Just before serving, add the ginger ale and stir again.
- Serve the sangria with ice cubes and fresh mint.
