What you need

• 1 bottle of Læssiger Zweigelt Rosé
• 500 grams of strawberries
• 50-100 grams of sugar
• gin
• 1 lime
• 250 ml of soda or sparkling mineral water

What to do

1. Wash the strawberries, cut off the stems, and carefully fill the fruit into a bowl or a large carafe.
2. Add the wine. Then add the gin and sugar, regulating the amounts according to your preference.
3. Gently stir, then close the carafe and cool overnight.
4. Before serving, add the soda or sparkling mineral water and stir.
5. Serve the drink with ice cubes, lime slices and a fresh strawberry.
